We start off with a 30-45 minute strategy call and by the end of it you will know exactly what you want your visitors to do when they land on your site. We discuss all the options and we pick one (or occasionally two) calls to action.
We also discuss the types of websites you like and what you don't like. This allows me to really get inside of your head.
Then you are granted access to my client portal (take a sneak peak here). My client portal is right at the very heart of your Designed in a Day website design. It is part content gathering and part training. It literally holds your hand and walks you step by step (and where needed tiny step by tiny step) through pulling together everything I need to design your site and there's plenty of space for you to leave comments and ask questions. It's like having a copywriting coach and web designer sat on your shoulder telling you every single thing you need to do in order to have a head-turning website!
Then we have a kick off call just to make sure that everything is in order and for you to ask any last minute questions.
